Production steps:
| a) |
Picking of fresh leaves |

Cooling/airing of leaves for about 1 hour |

Oxidation for 5-10 min at a temperature of around 180°C and dry heat |

First rolling cycle, lasting about 10 min |

First drying cycle, lasting about 8-10 min at a temperature of 110°C-130°C |
| f) |
Second rolling cycle, also lasting about 10 min |

Second drying cycle, also lasting about 8-10 min at a temperature of 90°C-110°C |

Blending and packaging |
If the manufacture of the tea is done entirely by hand, the oxidation is followed by:

First drying cycle, lasting about 8-10 min at 110-130°C |

Drying and rolling by hand in iron pans at about 80°C |

Second drying and rolling by hand at about 60°C |
