WIT The WIT (Wissenschaftlicher Informationsdienst Tee / Scientific Tea Information Service) is an organisation run by the German Tea Association, which is aimed at journalists and scientists, who require detailed information about special topics to do with tea. Two editions appear every year with two contributions from independent scientists in each one.
